OUR BACKGROUND
ITELWE Consulting and Advisory is a division of ITELWE Trading and Enterprise cc, Registration no. 2006 / 075596 / 23.
ITELWE Trading and Enterprise cc was founded by its sole member, Mr Nkosini Mashabane, an established Chartered Accountant with years of accumulated professional practice in accountancy.
Mr Mashabane had overtime served a variety of clients, this involved entities in the public sector and small medium-sized enterprises. His expertise’s are primarily in the field of assurance engagements, financial accounting services, consulting and advisory. These services include registration and submissions to entities such as CIDB, SARS, National Treasury, and other selected government departments.

Mr Nkosini C Mashabane is professionally registered with the following organization.
1. The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as a Chartered Accountant, CA (SA).
2. The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors, as a Registered Auditor, RA
3. The South African Revenue Service (SARS) as a Tax Practitioner
Mr Mashabane is a self-controlled person, with strong problem-solving skills. He is detailed and analytic in his work approach. His strong administration abilities and document management enable efficient client services, this, in turn, improves response times to client queries.
He has experience both in the public sector and private sector, having occupied positions of senior management in the Public Sector and served various SMME clients while with Itelwe Consulting and Advisory.
He possesses a professional posture and is true of professional service to the business of Itelwe and its clients. He is a discipline character and is driven by progressive results. Mr Mashabane is a dedicated, discipline and progressive individual with professional competencies in Accounting, Financial Management, Audit, Risk Management, Taxations & Strategic Planning.
